Sunday's Hi

The Sunday’s Hi is our signature Whisky highball. It blends our very own NAS Japanese Whisky with equally refreshing yuzu zest and is topped off with Wilkinson Soda Water. View our how-to video here.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 ml Sunday’s Whisky
  • 190 ml High-Quality Soda Water
  • Yuzu Zest (To Taste)

METHOD:

  1. Add ice to a Collins glass and pour Sunday’s Whisky on top
  2. Add yuzu zest
  3. Top up with soda water
